Richard Todd Welter is an accomplished healthcare executive with over three decades of experience in managed care contracting, regulatory compliance, and innovative reimbursement strategies. As Founder and CEO of Welter Healthcare Partners, Inc., he has grown the medical services organization into a nationally recognized leader in healthcare consulting, credentialing, and practice management. His firm has supported hundreds of providers, payers, and healthcare facilities across the U.S. and internationally, offering services such as URAC-accredited and NCQA-certified credentialing, medical coding education, and regulatory compliance audits.

 

In addition to his work at Welter Healthcare Partners, Todd serves as CEO of Integrated Physician Network, a 150+ member clinically integrated network, and as Principal of Advanced Medical Revenue Specialists, providing concierge billing services to high-level specialists. He has also held leadership roles in the founding and turnaround of several healthcare organizations, transforming operations and driving substantial growth.

 

Committed to advancing healthcare education, Todd is active faculty at the University of Denver, where he teaches macroeconomics in healthcare. He has served as an Independent Review Organization (IRO) for the Centers for Medicare & Medicaid Services and held advisory and leadership positions with MGMA and Colorado Medical Group Managers Association. Todd holds a Master’s in Management from Regis University and  an undergraduate degree from Fort Lewis College.
